There is an old adage that nothing worthwhile ever came easily. This happens to be especially true when it comes to finding, implementing and making productive use of a CRM solution. Many software companies place a lot of emphasis on how easily their software can be configured, and how, once configured, easy it is to use. Although this is sometimes true, and sometimes an effective sales pitch, in reality, implementing and making the most of a software solution is rarely as easy as most sales people would like you to believe.
